I left my bottle of New Mama Bottom Spray behind at the hospital and I panicked. This stuff is amazing — it's the best. I can't imagine healing from a vaginal birth without it, and I'm going to tell all my friends about it!

This spray is just amazing. I got a 2nd degree tear during the birth of my baby and this spray made the discomfort of the swelling and rawness SO much easier to deal with, the relief it brought was wonderful- so cooling and refreshing plus it took the worry away of getting an infection in my stitches. I used it for weeks after the birth as I loved it so much. Wouldn't want to give birth without this on hand! If you're on the bench about this spray.. just get it, it's bliss.
