We deliver to any address in Ireland, UK and European Union. If you are from outside this region and would like to order with us, we would be more than happy to assist you with a shipping quote. Simply email us your request at info@mammamia.ie and we will do our best to help you. We aim to deliver next business day within Ireland (orders should be placed by 11am for next day courier service), 2-5 business days to the UK  and 5-8 business days to EU countries. If you would prefer a faster delivery service to the UK and Europe, please contact us and we would be happy to provide you with a quote for an express delivery service.

If sending a gift, to avoid disappointment please make sure the recipient will be available to accept the goods when they arrive. If the recipient is not available we will attempt to leave a message informing the recipient on how to re-arrange delivery or how to collect the item from the nearest delivery depot. If you are sending a gift to someone in hospital the gift will be delivered to the hospital reception, security desk or goods inwards. We recommend that you contact the hospital to make sure that the goods have been delivered to the recipient.

To facilitate a prompt delivery all dispatches will be made direct from point of ordering. As we use an independent carrier and An Post, Mamma Mia can accept no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances outside our control causing late delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. You are responsible for providing correct address and telephone details for delivery purposes.

We offer a courier service, standard postal service and registered postal service.  We recommend you either select courier or registered postal service at checkout as these services can be tracked.  If you select standard postal service we will not accept responsibility for items lost or delayed in transit.  Complaints relating to items lost or delayed must be directed to An Post and they will inform you of the steps to take.

On overseas deliveries, any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot forecast what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information. Also, the recipient of goods from Mamma Mia is considered the importer of said goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received.

Prices on all items do not include delivery charges. Delivery will be charged in accordance with the delivery method and as displayed on the site. VAT is included on delivery charges. Delivery charges may be amended at any stage to reflect a change in costs. The times quoted are so quoted in good faith but shall not be binding.

Finally, if for any reason you need to change the delivery address provided we would be only too happy to do this for you, once the goods have not left our depot. However, we advise you to let us know as early as possible if the delivery address is to be amended.
