I ordered this band in a small pre pregnancy I am a size 6/8 & it fitted perfect (but would def stretch to larger size). Im 25 weeks pregnant & was starting to feel a bit of pressure on my lower back & at the front of my bump. I noticed a difference as soon as I put the band on. I feel lighter & more secure I would def advise anyone to purchase one (or 2 in different colours) the band hasn't moved up altered in shape in anyway since I put it on. Best Pregnancy buy so far A++++
